JAKARTA, June 9 (Xinhua) -- Indonesian President Prabowo Subianto on Tuesday reiterated the country's commitment to a free and active foreign policy.

The president made the remarks while receiving the credentials of nine newly appointed ambassadors in Jakarta, according to Vice Minister for Foreign Affairs Arif Havas Oegroseno.
