Asia Album: Indonesian village chiefs embrace Chinese-inspired rural development practices

JAKARTA, Nov. 22 (Xinhua) -- The fifth session of the Indonesian Rural Cadre Training Program was launched in early November this year. 26 participants visited Shandong Province, east China, to gain insights into agricultural machinery manufacturing enterprises, rural education, skills training, and local infrastructure.

Launched in 2019, the program selects 20 to 30 Indonesian village chiefs to visit and study in China each year.
