JAKARTA, Jan. 12 (Xinhua) -- A rescued 3-years-old female wild Sumatran tiger has been set free in Agam district of West Sumatra, Indonesia.

Sumatran tigers are critically endangered as fewer than 400 are holding on for survival in the remaining patches of forest on the island of Sumatra.
